¹⁷ Therefore, if anyone ^(A)is in Christ, he is ^(B)a new creation; ^(C)old things have passed away; behold, all things have become ^(D)new. ¹⁸ Now all things are of God, ^(E)who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,

²⁰ and ^(A)by Him to reconcile ^(B)all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, ^(C)having made peace through the blood of His cross.

²¹ And you, ^(D)who once were alienated and enemies in your mind ^(E)by wicked works, yet now He has ^(F)reconciled ^22 (G)in the body of His flesh through death, ^(H)to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight— ²³ if indeed you continue ^(I)in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are ^(J)not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, ^(K)which was preached to every creature under heaven, ^(L)of which I, Paul, became a minister.

Christ Our Peace

¹⁴ For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, ¹⁵ having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one ^(A)new man from the two, thus making peace, ¹⁶ and that He might ^(B)reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby ^(C)putting to death the enmity.
