⁴ But to this day the Lord has not given you a mind that understands or eyes that see or ears that hear.^(A)

² “Son of man, you are living among a rebellious people.^(A) They have eyes to see but do not see and ears to hear but do not hear, for they are a rebellious people.^(B)

⁸ as it is written:

¹⁴ But their minds were made dull,^(A) for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant^(B) is read.^(C) It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away.
