¹⁵ But when ^[a]He who had set me apart even from my mother’s womb and ^(A)called me through His grace was pleased ¹⁶ to reveal His Son in me so that I might ^(B)preach Him among the Gentiles, ^(C)I did not immediately consult with ^[b](D)flesh and blood,

^3 (A)that ^(B)by revelation there was ^(C)made known to me ^(D)the mystery, ^(E)as I wrote before briefly. ^4 [a]By referring to this, when you read you can understand ^(F)my insight ^[b]into the ^(G)mystery of Christ,

Serve God Willingly

5 ^(A)Therefore, I urge elders among you, as your ^(B)fellow elder and a ^(C)witness of the sufferings of Christ, and one who is also a ^[a](D)fellow partaker of the glory that is to be revealed:

⁶ For God, who said, “^(A)Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has ^(B)shone in our hearts to give the ^(C)Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.
