17 (A)Grieve for him, all you who are around him, and all who know his name;say, (B)‘How the mighty scepter is broken, the glorious staff.’
14 (A)And fire has gone out from the stem of its shoots, has consumed its fruit,(B)so that there remains in it no strong stem, no scepter for ruling.
This is (C)a lamentation and has become a lamentation.
