⁴ The wicked are not so,
But they are like ^(A)chaff which the wind blows away.
⁵ Therefore ^(B)the wicked will not stand in the ^(C)judgment,
Nor sinners in ^(D)the assembly of the righteous.
⁶ For the Lord ^[a](E)knows the way of the righteous,
But the way of ^(F)the wicked will perish.

²⁰ But the ^(A)wicked will perish;
And the enemies of the Lord will be like the ^[a]glory of the pastures,
They vanish—^(B)like smoke they vanish away.

²⁸ For the Lord ^(A)loves ^[a]justice
And ^(B)does not abandon His godly ones;
They are ^(C)protected forever,
But the ^[b](D)descendants of the wicked will be eliminated.
