New English Translation
Psalm 103:14-16
New English Translation
14 For he knows what we are made of;[a]
he realizes[b] we are made of clay.[c]
15 A person’s life is like grass.[d]
Like a flower in the field it flourishes,
16 but when the hot wind[e] blows, it disappears,
and one can no longer even spot the place where it once grew.
