²⁵ In time of old You ^(A)founded the earth,
And the ^(B)heavens are the work of Your hands.

^26 (A)Raise your eyes on high
And see ^(B)who has created these stars,
The ^(C)One who brings out their ^[a]multitude by number,
He calls them all by name;
Because of the ^(D)greatness of His might and the ^[b]strength of His power,
^(E)Not one of them is missing.

^27 (F)Why do you say, Jacob, and you assert, Israel,
“My way is ^(G)hidden from the Lord,
And the ^(H)justice due me ^[c]escapes the notice of ^(I)my God”?
^28 (J)Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The ^(K)Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth
Does not become weary or tired.
His understanding is ^(L)unsearchable.
²⁹ He gives strength to the ^(M)weary,
And to the one who lacks might He ^(N)increases power.
