⁴³ There I will meet with the people of Israel, and it shall be ^(A)sanctified by my glory.

² and the Lord said to Moses, “Tell Aaron your brother not to ^(A)come at any time into the Holy Place inside the veil, before the mercy seat that is on the ark, so that he may not die. For ^(B)I will appear in the cloud over the mercy seat.

The Cloud Covering the Tabernacle

^15 (A)On the day that the tabernacle was set up, the cloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of the testimony. And ^(B)at evening it was over the tabernacle like the appearance of fire until morning.

¹⁰ And when the priests came out of the Holy Place, ^(A)a cloud filled the house of the Lord, ¹¹ so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord.

¹³ and it was the duty of the trumpeters and singers to make themselves heard in unison in praise and thanksgiving to the Lord), and when the song was raised, ^(A)with trumpets and cymbals and other musical instruments, in praise to the Lord,

the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, ¹⁴ so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, ^(C)for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.

² And the priests could not enter the house of the Lord, because the glory of the Lord filled the Lord's house.

⁴ And ^(A)the foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him who called, and ^(B)the house was filled with smoke.

⁷ And I will shake all nations, so that the treasures of all nations shall come in, and ^(A)I will fill this house with glory, says the Lord of hosts.

^9 (A)The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former, says the Lord of hosts. And ^(B)in this place I will give peace, declares the Lord of hosts.’”

⁸ and ^(A)the sanctuary was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power, and ^(B)no one could enter the sanctuary until the seven plagues of the seven angels were finished.
