¹⁰ So now ^(A)leave Me alone, that My anger may burn against them and that I may destroy them; and ^(B)I will make of you a great nation.”

^14 (A)Leave Me alone, that I may destroy them and ^(B)wipe out their name from under heaven; and I will make of you a nation mightier and greater than they.’

⁸ But they ^(A)rebelled against Me and were not willing to listen to Me; they did not throw away, each of them, the detestable things of their eyes, nor did they abandon the ^(B)idols of Egypt.

“Then I ^[a]resolved to ^(C)pour out My wrath on them, to ^[b]use up My anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.

¹³ But the house of Israel ^(A)rebelled against Me in the wilderness. They did not walk in My statutes and they rejected My ordinances, ^(B)which, if ^[a]a person ^[b]follows them, then he will live by them; and they greatly profaned My ^(C)Sabbaths. Then I ^[c]resolved to ^(D)pour out My wrath on them in the wilderness, to annihilate them.
