^4 (A)A sword shall come upon Egypt,
    ^(B)and anguish shall be in ^(C)Cush,
when the slain fall in Egypt,
    and ^(D)her wealth^[a] is carried away,
    and ^(E)her foundations are torn down.

³ For ^(A)I am the Lord your God,
    the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour.
^(B)I give Egypt as your ransom,
    Cush and ^(C)Seba in exchange for you.
