¹⁵He swallows down riches and vomits them up again;
God casts them out of his belly.

New International Version

¹⁵He will spit out the riches^(A) he swallowed;
God will make his stomach vomit^(B) them up.

¹⁸He will ^(A)give back the fruit of his toil
and will not ^(B)swallow it down;
from the profit of his trading
he will get no enjoyment.

¹⁸What he toiled for he must give back uneaten;^(A)
he will not enjoy the profit from his trading.^(B)
