^26 (A)“You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied,
    and praise the name of the Lord your God,
    who has dealt wondrously with you.
And my people ^(B)shall never again be put to shame.

^23 (A)Kings shall be your foster fathers,
    and their queens your nursing mothers.
^(B)With their faces to the ground they shall bow down to you,
    and ^(C)lick the dust of your feet.
Then you will know that I am the Lord;
    ^(D)those who wait for me ^(E)shall not be put to shame.”
