²⁰ When the trumpets sounded,^(A) the army shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when the men gave a loud shout,^(B) the wall collapsed; so everyone charged straight in, and they took the city.^(C)

⁵ When the ark of the Lord’s covenant came into the camp, all Israel raised such a great shout^(A) that the ground shook.

¹⁵ while he and all Israel were bringing up the ark of the Lord with shouts^(A) and the sound of trumpets.^(B)

¹¹ With praise and thanksgiving they sang to the Lord:

And all the people gave a great shout^(B) of praise to the Lord, because the foundation^(C) of the house of the Lord was laid.

¹² The whole assembly responded with a loud voice:^(A) “You are right! We must do as you say.
