⁶ And Moses brought Aaron and his sons and washed them with water. ⁷ And he put ^(A)the coat on him and tied the sash round his waist and clothed him with the robe and put the ephod on him and tied the skilfully woven band of the ephod round him, binding it to him with the band.^[a]

²⁰ When they go into the tent of meeting, or when they come near the altar to minister, to burn a food offering^[a] to the Lord, they shall wash with water, so that they may not die.
