¹⁵Nor do they ^(A)light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.

¹⁵Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.^(A)

¹⁶Let your light so shine before men, ^(A)that they may see your good works and ^(B)glorify your Father in heaven.
