Psalm 44:3-7

New International Version

⁴ You are my King^(F) and my God,^(G)
    who decrees^[a] victories^(H) for Jacob.
⁵ Through you we push back^(I) our enemies;
    through your name we trample^(J) our foes.
⁶ I put no trust in my bow,^(K)
    my sword does not bring me victory;
⁷ but you give us victory^(L) over our enemies,
    you put our adversaries to shame.^(M)
