²⁶ Let them be ^(A)put to shame and disappointed altogether
    who rejoice at my calamity!
Let them be ^(B)clothed with shame and dishonour
    who ^(C)magnify themselves against me!

¹⁶ For I said, “Only ^(A)let them not rejoice over me,
    who ^(B)boast against me when my ^(C)foot slips!”

¹² For it is not an enemy who taunts me—
    then I could bear it;
it is not an adversary who ^(A)deals insolently with me—
    then I could hide from him.
