³⁴ I tell you, on that night there will be two in one bed; one will be taken and the other will be left. ^35 (A)There will be two women grinding at the same place; one will be taken and the other will be left.

³ And if I go and prepare a place for you, ^(A)I am coming again and will take you to Myself, so that ^(B)where I am, there you also will be.

^21 (A)The one who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and ^(B)the one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will ^(C)reveal Myself to him.” ^22 (D)Judas (not Iscariot) *said to Him, “Lord, what has happened ^(E)that You are going to reveal Yourself to us and not to the world?” ²³ Jesus answered and said to him, “^(F)If anyone loves Me, he will ^(G)follow My word; and ^(H)My Father will love him, and We ^(I)will come to him and make Our dwelling with him.

²⁸ so Christ also, having been ^(A)offered once to ^(B)bear the sins of many, will appear ^(C)a second time for ^(D)salvation ^(E)without reference to sin, to those who ^(F)eagerly await Him.

² “But who can ^(A)endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a ^(B)refiner’s fire, and like launderer’s soap. ³ And He will sit as a smelter and purifier of silver, and He will ^(C)purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, so that they may ^(D)present to the Lord ^[a]offerings in righteousness.

Final Admonition

4 “^[a]For behold, the day is coming, ^(A)burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be ^(B)chaff; and the day that is coming will ^(C)set them ablaze,” says the Lord of armies, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branches. ² But for you who ^[b]fear My name, the ^(D)sun of righteousness will rise with ^(E)healing in its wings; and you will go forth and ^(F)frolic like calves from the stall. ³ And you will ^(G)crush the wicked underfoot, for they will be ^(H)ashes under the soles of your feet ^(I)on the day ^[c]that I am preparing,” says the Lord of armies.

⁸ “Blessed are ^(A)the pure in heart, for ^(B)they will see God.
