여호와의 말씀
119 흠 없이
여호와의 법대로
사는 자는 복이 있다.
2 여호와의 명령에 순종하고
그를 진심으로 찾는 자는
복이 있다.
3 그들은 악한 짓을 하지 않고
여호와의 뜻대로 사는 자들이다.
4 여호와여, 주는 우리에게
주의 법을 주시고
그것을 충실히 지키라고
말씀하셨습니다.
5 그러므로 내가 주의 법을 지키는 데
성실하게 하소서.
6 내가 주의 모든 명령을 잘 살피면
수치를 당하지 않을 것입니다.
7 내가 주의 의로운 [a]법을 배울 때
순수한 마음으로
주께 감사하겠습니다.
8 내가 주의 법에 순종하겠습니다.
나를 아주 버리지 마소서.
9 청년이 어떻게 깨끗한 마음으로
살 수 있겠습니까?
다만 주의 말씀에 따라
사는 길밖에 없습니다.
10 내가 진심으로 주를 찾았으니
주의 계명에서 떠나지 않게 하소서.
11 내가 주께 범죄하지 않으려고
주의 말씀을
내 마음에 간직하였습니다.
12 찬양을 받으실 여호와여,
주의 법도를 나에게 가르치소서.
13 내가 주의 모든 법을
큰 소리로 낭독하며
14 주의 명령에 따르는 일을
많은 재산을 소유하는 것보다
더 즐거워합니다.
15 내가 주의 교훈을 묵상하며
주의 가르치심을
신중하게 살핍니다.
16 내가 주의 법을 즐거워하고
주의 말씀을 잊지 않겠습니다.
17 주의 종에게 은혜를 베푸소서.
그러면 내가 살아서
주의 말씀을 지키겠습니다.
18 내 눈을 열어 주의 법에서
놀라운 진리를 보게 하소서
19 나는 이 땅의 나그네에 불과합니다.
주의 계명을 나에게 숨기지 마소서.
20 내가 항상 주의 법을
사모하다가 지칩니다.
21 주는 교만하여 저주받은 자와
주의 명령에 불순종하는 자를
책망하십니다.
22 내가 주의 말씀을 지켰으니
내가 조소와 멸시를
당하지 않게 하소서.
23 통치자들이 함께 앉아
나를 칠 음모를 꾸미고 있으나
나는 주의 말씀을 묵상합니다.
24 주의 교훈은 나의 즐거움이요
나의 상담자입니다.
25 [b]내가 완전히 낙심하여
죽게 되었습니다.
주의 말씀으로 나를 새롭게 하소서.
26 내가 행한 일을 다 고백했을 때
주는 나에게 응답하셨습니다.
이제 주의 법을 나에게 가르치소서.
27 나에게 주의 교훈의 가르침을
깨닫게 하소서.
그러면 내가 주의 놀라운 일을
묵상하겠습니다.
28 내 영혼이 슬픔으로 지쳤습니다.
주의 말씀으로 나에게 힘을 주소서.
29 나를 잘못된 길에서 지키시고
나에게 주의 법을 가르치심으로
은혜를 베푸소서.
30 내가 진리의 길을 택하고
주의 법을 내 앞에 두었습니다.
31 내가 [c]주의 교훈을
철저하게 따랐으니
여호와여, 내가
수치를 당하지 않게 하소서.
32 주께서 내 마음을 넓히시면
내가 주의 명령을
힘써 지키겠습니다.
33 여호와여, 주의 법도를
나에게 가르치소서.
내가 평생 그것을 지키겠습니다.
34 나에게 깨달음을 주소서.
내가 주의 법에 순종하며
최선을 다해 그것을 지키겠습니다.
35 주의 명령에 순종하는 길로
나를 인도하소서.
내가 그것을 기뻐합니다.
36 내 마음이
주의 말씀으로 향하게 하시고
이기적인 욕심으로
치우치지 않게 하소서.
37 내 눈을 돌이켜
헛된 것을 보지 않게 하시고
주의 말씀으로
내 삶을 새롭게 하소서.
38 주의 종에게
주의 약속을 이행하셔서
두려운 마음으로
주를 섬기게 하소서.
39 내가 두려워하는 수치를
떠나게 하소서.
주의 법은 훌륭합니다.
40 내가 주의 교훈을 사모합니다.
주의 의로 나를 새롭게 하소서.
41 여호와여, 주께서 얼마나 나를
사랑하는지 보여 주시고
주의 약속대로 나를 구원하소서.
42 그러면 나를 모욕하는 자에게
내가 대답할 수 있을 것입니다.
나는 주의 말씀을 신뢰합니다.
43 진리의 말씀이 언제나 내 입에서
떠나지 않게 하소서.
내가 희망을 주의 법에 두었습니다.
44 내가 주의 율법을 항상
변함없이 지키겠습니다.
45 내가 주의 교훈을 따랐으니
참 자유 가운데서 살 것입니다.
46 내가 왕들에게 주의 법을 선포해도
수치를 당하지 않을 것입니다.
47 내가 주의 명령을 사랑하므로
그것을 지키는 데에
기쁨을 느낍니다.
48 내가 주의 계명을
소중히 여기고 사랑하며
주의 교훈을 묵상하겠습니다.
49 주의 종에게 하신 약속을
기억하소서.
주는 나에게 희망을 주셨습니다.
50 주의 말씀이 나에게
생명을 주었으므로
내가 고통 가운데서도
위로를 받습니다.
51 교만한 자들이
언제나 나를 조롱하여도
나는 주의 법을 떠나지 않습니다.
52 여호와여, 내가
주의 옛 법을 기억하고
위로를 받습니다.
53 주의 율법을 어기는 악인들 때문에
분개한 마음을 금할 수가 없습니다.
54 잠시 나그네로 사는
이 지상 생활에서
주의 법은 내 노래가 되었습니다.
55 여호와여, 내가 밤에도
주의 이름을 기억하고
주의 법을 [d]생각합니다.
56 주의 명령에 순종하는 이것이
나에게는 큰 축복입니다.
57 여호와여, 주는
내가 필요로 하는 전체이므로
내가 주의 말씀에 순종하기로
약속하였습니다.
58 내가 진심으로
주의 은혜를 구했으니
주의 약속대로
나를 불쌍히 여기소서.
59 내가 내 행위를 생각하고
마음을 돌이켜
주의 교훈을 따르기로 하였습니다.
60 내가 지체하지 않고 신속하게
주의 명령에 순종하겠습니다.
61 악인들이 나를 잡을 덫을 놓았으나
나는 주의 법을 잊지 않았습니다.
62 내가 밤중에 일어나
주의 의로운 법에 대하여
주께 감사하겠습니다.
63 나는 주를 두려워하며
주의 교훈을 따르는
모든 자들의 친구입니다.
64 여호와여, 땅이
주의 사랑으로 충만합니다.
주의 법을 나에게
가르치소서.
65 여호와여, 주는 주의 말씀대로
주의 종에게 은혜를 베푸셨습니다.
66 내가 주의 명령을 신뢰합니다.
훌륭한 판단력과
지식을 나에게 주소서.
67 주께서 나를 벌하시기 전에는
내가 곧잘 잘못된 길로 갔으나
이제는 내가 주의 말씀을 지킵니다.
68 주는 선하시고
주께서 행하시는 일도 선합니다.
나에게 주의 법을 가르치소서.
69 교만한 자들이 거짓말로
나를 괴롭히고 있으나
내가 최선을 다해
주의 법을 지키겠습니다.
70 그들의 마음은 둔하고 무감각하나
나는 주의 법을 즐거워합니다.
71 주의 벌을 받아
내가 고난을 당한 것이
나에게 유익이 되었으니
내가 이것 때문에
주의 법을 배우게 되었습니다.
72 주께서 주신 법은
나에게 천금보다 더 소중합니다.
73 주께서 나를 만들어 세우셨으니
이제 주의 법을 배울 수 있도록
깨닫는 마음을 나에게 주소서.
74 주를 두려워하는 자들이
내가 주의 말씀을
신뢰하는 것을 보고
기뻐할 것입니다.
75 여호와여, 나는
주의 판단이 의로운 것과
나를 벌하신 것이 주의 신실하심
때문이라는 것을 압니다.
76 주의 종에게 약속하신 대로
주의 한결같은 사랑이
나의 위로가 되게 하소서.
77 내가 살 수 있도록
나를 불쌍히 여기소서.
주의 법은 나의 즐거움입니다.
78 교만한 자들이 이유 없이
나를 비난한 일에 대하여
수치를 당하게 하소서.
그러나 나는 주의 교훈을
묵상할 것입니다.
79 주를 두려워하며
주의 법을 아는 자들이
다 나에게 돌아오게 하소서.
80 주의 법을 대하는 내 마음이
흠이 없게 하셔서
내가 수치를 당하지 않게 하소서.
81 내가 주의 구원을
사모하다가 지쳤으나
그래도 나는 주의 말씀을
신뢰합니다.
82 내가 “주는 언제나 나를
위로하시겠습니까?”
하고 주의 약속이
이루어지기를 기다리다가
내 눈이 피로해졌습니다.
83 불에 오그라든 가죽 부대처럼
내가 쓸모없는 자가 되었으나
그래도 나는 주의 법을
잊지 않고 있습니다.
84 내가 언제까지 기다려야 합니까?
나를 핍박하는 자들을
주께서 언제 벌하시겠습니까?
85 주의 법을 지키지 않는
교만한 자들이
나를 잡으려고 함정을 팠습니다.
86 주의 계명은 모두 신뢰할 만합니다.
나를 도우소서.
사람들이 이유 없이
나를 핍박하고 있습니다.
87 그들이 나를
거의 죽이다시피 했으나
나는 주의 교훈을
버리지 않았습니다.
88 주의 사랑으로
나를 다시 살려 주소서.
그러면 내가 계속
주의 법을 지키겠습니다.
89 여호와여, 주의 말씀이
영원하여 하늘에 굳게 섰으니
90 주의 성실하심은 대대에 이릅니다.
주께서 땅을 세우셨으므로
땅이 항상 그대로 있습니다.
91 주의 명령에 따라 천지가
오늘날까지 그대로 있는 것은
만물이 주의 종이기 때문입니다.
92 주의 법이
내 기쁨이 되지 않았더라면
나는 고통 가운데서
죽었을 것입니다.
93 주의 교훈이 내 삶을
새롭게 하였으므로
내가 결코
이것을 잊지 않겠습니다.
94 나는 주의 것이니
나를 구원하소서.
나는 주의 법을 따라 살려고
노력하였습니다.
95 악인들이 나를 죽일
기회를 찾고 있으나
나는 주의 법을
묵상하겠습니다.
96 아무리 완전한 것도
그 한계가 있으나
주의 말씀은 한이 없습니다.
97 내가 주의 법을 한없이 사랑하여
그것을 하루 종일 묵상합니다.
98 주의 계명이
항상 나에게 있으므로
그것이 나를 내 원수보다
지혜롭게 합니다.
99 내가 주의 교훈을 묵상하므로
내가 나의 모든 스승들보다
더 많은 것을 이해하며
100 내가 주의 법을 지키므로
노인들보다 더 지혜로운
사람이 되었습니다.
101 내가 주의 말씀을 지키려고
악한 길로 가지 않았습니다.
102 주께서 나를 가르치셨으므로
내가 주의 법을
떠나지 않았습니다.
103 주의 말씀의 맛이 얼마나 단지
내 입에 꿀보다 더 답니다.
104 주의 교훈으로
내가 지혜를 얻었으므로
내가 거짓된 행위를
다 미워합니다.
105 주의 말씀은
나를 안내하는 등불이며
내 길을 비춰 주는 빛입니다.
106 내가 이미 맹세했지만
주의 의로운 법을 지키기로
내가 다시 약속합니다.
107 내가 많은 고통을 당하고 있으니
여호와여, 주께서 약속하신 대로
나를 다시 살려 주소서.
108 여호와여, [e]내 감사의
기도를 받으시고
나에게 주의 법을 가르치소서.
109 내가 항상
생명의 위협을 당하지만
주의 법을 잊지 않고 있습니다.
110 악인들이 나를 잡으려고
덫을 놓았으나
나는 주의 교훈을
떠나지 않았습니다.
111 주의 말씀은
나의 영원한 재산이며
내 마음의 기쁨입니다.
112 나는 죽을 때까지
주의 법을 지키기로
결심하였습니다.
113 나는 두 마음을
품는 자를 미워하고
주의 법을 사랑합니다.
114 주는 나의 피난처요 방패이시므로
내가 주의 약속에 희망을 겁니다.
115 악을 행하는 자들아, 나를 떠나라.
나는 내 하나님의 명령에
순종하리라.
116 여호와여, 주의 약속대로
나를 붙들어 살게 하시고
내 희망이 좌절되지 않게 하소서.
117 나를 붙잡아 주소서.
그러면 내가 안전하여
계속 주의 법을 지킬 것입니다.
118 주의 법을 떠난 자들을
주는 버리셨으므로
그들의 거짓된 계획은
아무 쓸모가 없습니다.
119 주께서는 세상의 모든 악인들을
쓰레기처럼 취급하십니다.
그래서 내가
주의 법을 사랑합니다.
120 내가 주를 두려워하여 떨며
주의 심판을 무서워합니다.
121 내가 옳고
공정한 일을 행하였으니
나를 원수들의 손에
버려 두지 마소서.
122 주의 종의 행복을 보증하시고
교만한 자들이
나를 억누르지 못하게 하소서.
123 주의 구원과
주의 의로운 말씀을 사모하다가
내 눈이 쇠약해졌습니다.
124 주의 한결같은 사랑으로
나를 다스리시고
주의 법을 나에게 가르치소서.
125 나는 주의 종입니다.
나에게 통찰력을 주셔서
주의 법을 깨달아 알게 하소서.
126 여호와여, 주께서
행동하실 때입니다.
사람들이 주의 법을
어기고 있습니다.
127 그러나 나는 주의 계명을
순금보다 더 사랑합니다.
128 그러므로 내가 주의 교훈을
옳은 것으로 여기고
모든 거짓된 행위를 미워합니다.
129 주의 교훈이 훌륭하므로
내가 마음을 다해
이것을 지킵니다.
130 주의 말씀을 해석하면
어리석은 자도
깨달을 수 있습니다.
131 내가 주의 명령을 기다리고
몹시 사모합니다.
132 주를 사랑하는 자에게
언제나 하시던 대로
나에게 오셔서

133 주의 말씀으로
내 발걸음을 인도하셔서
죄가 나를

나에게 주의 법을 가르치소서.

아주 공정하고 신뢰할 만합니다.

141 내가 보잘것없어 멸시를 당하나

나에게 밀어닥쳤으나
주의 말씀이 나에게

영원한 것을 알았습니다.
153 나의 고통을 보시고
나를 구하소서.
내가 주의 법을 잊지 않았습니다.
154 주는 나를 위해 변호하시고

주의 약속대로

155 악인들이 구원을
받을 수 없는 것은
그들이 주의 법을

자비로우신 분이시니

분노를 금할 수 없는 것은
그들이 주의 말씀을

얼마나 사랑하는지 보소서.
주의 한결같은 사랑으로
내 생명을 구하소서.
160 주의 모든 말씀은 진리이며
주의 모든 의로운 법은
영원합니다.
161 권력 있는 자들이
이유 없이 나를 핍박하나
내가 두려워하는 것은
주의 말씀밖에 없습니다.
162 나는 많은 보화를 얻은 것처럼
주의 말씀을 기뻐합니다.

미워하고 싫어하며
주의 법을 사랑합니다.

1 Blessed are those whose ways are blameless,(A)
who walk(B) according to the law of the Lord.(C)
2 Blessed(D) are those who keep his statutes(E)
and seek him(F) with all their heart—(G)
3 they do no wrong(H)
but follow his ways.(I)
4 You have laid down precepts(J)
that are to be fully obeyed.(K)
5 Oh, that my ways were steadfast
in obeying your decrees!(L)
6 Then I would not be put to shame(M)
when I consider all your commands.(N)
7 I will praise you with an upright heart
as I learn your righteous laws.(O)
8 I will obey your decrees;
do not utterly forsake me.(P)

9 How can a young person stay on the path of purity?(Q)
By living according to your word.(R)
10 I seek you with all my heart;(S)
do not let me stray from your commands.(T)
11 I have hidden your word in my heart(U)
that I might not sin(V) against you.

13 With my lips I recount
all the laws that come from your mouth.(Z)

as one rejoices in great riches.
15 I meditate on your precepts(AB)

I will not neglect your word.

Your promise preserves my life.(CF)

but I do not turn(CH) from your law.
52 I remember,(CI) Lord, your ancient laws,
and I find comfort in them.
53 Indignation grips me(CJ) because of the wicked,
who have forsaken your law.(CK)
54 Your decrees are the theme of my song(CL)
wherever I lodge.
55 In the night, Lord, I remember(CM) your name,
that I may keep your law.(CN)
56 This has been my practice:
I obey your precepts.(CO)

61 Though the wicked bind me with ropes,

72 The law from your mouth is more precious to me
