3 Then Solomon began to build(B) the temple of the Lord(C) in Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where the Lord had appeared to his father David. It was on the threshing floor of Araunah[a](D) the Jebusite, the place provided by David.

That is for the priests,(B) the descendants(C) of Aaron,(D) who have been consecrated to burn incense.(E) Leave the sanctuary, for you have been unfaithful; and you will not be honored by the Lord God.”
