³¹Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad;^(A)
let them say among the nations, “The Lord reigns!^(B)”

²⁸For the ^(A)kingdom is the Lord’s
And He ^(B)rules over the nations.

²⁸for dominion belongs to the Lord^(A)
and he rules over the nations.
