42 With them were Heman and Y’dutun to play trumpets and cymbals, also instruments for the songs about God; while the sons of Y’dutun were assigned to the gate.

42 Heman and Jeduthun were responsible for the sounding of the trumpets and cymbals and for the playing of the other instruments for sacred song.(A) The sons of Jeduthun(B) were stationed at the gate.
43 Then all the people left, each for their own home, and David returned home to bless his family.
