23 He took Geshur and Aram, the towns of Jair, from them, with Kenath and its villages, sixty towns. All these were descendants of Makir, the father of Gilead.
24 After the death of Hezron in Caleb Ephrathah, Hezron’s wife Abijah bore him Ashhur the father of Tekoa.

25 Now the sons of Jerahmeel the firstborn of Hezron were
Ram the firstborn, Bunah, Oren, Ozem, and Ahijah.

23 (But Geshur and Aram captured Havvoth Jair,[a](A) as well as Kenath(B) with its surrounding settlements—sixty towns.) All these were descendants of Makir the father of Gilead.
24 After Hezron died in Caleb Ephrathah, Abijah the wife of Hezron bore him Ashhur(C) the father[b] of Tekoa.

25 The sons of Jerahmeel the firstborn of Hezron:
Ram his firstborn, Bunah, Oren, Ozem and[c] Ahijah.
