31 And Mattithiah, one of the Levites, who was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had (A)the office of trust over the things which were baked in pans. 32 Some of their relatives of the sons of the Kohathites (B)were over the showbread to prepare it every sabbath.
33 Now these are (C)the singers, heads of fathers’ households of the Levites, who lived in the chambers of the temple free from other service; for they were over them (D)in their work day and night.

31 A Levite named Mattithiah, the firstborn son of Shallum the Korahite, was entrusted with the responsibility for baking the offering bread. 32 Some of the Kohathites, their fellow Levites, were in charge of preparing for every Sabbath the bread set out on the table.(A)
33 Those who were musicians,(B) heads of Levite families, stayed in the rooms of the temple and were exempt from other duties because they were responsible for the work day and night.(C)
