¹⁹ For it is written,

³¹ so that, just as it is written, “^(A)Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord.”

¹⁹ For ^(A)the wisdom of this world is foolishness before God. For it is written, “He is ^(B)the one who catches the wise in their craftiness”; ²⁰ and again, “^(C)The Lord knows the reasonings of the wise, that they are useless.” ²¹ So then ^(D)let no one boast in men. For ^(E)all things belong to you, ^22 (F)whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world or ^(G)life or death or things present or things to come; all things belong to you, ²³ and ^(H)you belong to Christ; and ^(I)Christ belongs to God.
