² To ^(A)the church of God which is at ^(B)Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, ^[a]saints ^(C)by calling, with all who in every place ^(D)call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours:

¹² For even ^(A)as the body is one and yet has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, ^(B)so also is Christ.

²³ which is His ^(A)body, the ^(B)fullness of Him who ^(C)fills ^(D)all in all.

^12 (A)for the equipping of the ^[a]saints for the work of service, to the building up of ^(B)the body of Christ;

¹⁸ He is also ^(A)head of ^(B)the body, the church; and He is ^(C)the beginning, ^(D)the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything.

^24 (A)Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh ^(B)I ^[a]do my share on behalf of ^(C)His body, which is the church, in filling up what is lacking ^[b]in Christ’s afflictions.

¹⁹ and not holding fast to ^(A)the head, from whom ^(B)the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and ^[a]ligaments, grows with a growth ^[b]which is from God.
