1 Corinthians 11:3-5

3 But I want you to understand that Christ is the head of every man, and the husband[a] is the head of his wife,[b] and God is the head of Christ. 4 Any man who prays or prophesies with something on his head disgraces his head, 5 but any woman who prays or prophesies with her head unveiled disgraces her head—it is one and the same thing as having her head shaved.

3 But I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ,(A) and the head of the woman is man,[a](B) and the head of Christ is God.(C) 4 Every man who prays or prophesies(D) with his head covered dishonors his head. 5 But every woman who prays or prophesies(E) with her head uncovered dishonors her head—it is the same as having her head shaved.(F)
