13 If I speak in the tongues^[a]^(A) of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.

⁵because I hear of your love^(A) and faith toward^[a] the Lord Jesus and for all the saints.

⁵because I hear about your love for all his holy people^(A) and your faith in the Lord Jesus.^(B)
