1 Corinthians 14:32-34

32 And the spirits[a] of prophets are subject[b] to prophets. 33 For God is not the God of disorder[c], but of peace.

As[d] in all the churches[e] of the saints, 34 let the women be silent[f] in the churches. For it is not permitted for them to speak[g]. But let them be subject, just as the Law also says[h].

General talking and asking questions is in view. Others think women prayed and prophesied elsewhere, subordinating 11:4-5 to this verse, meaning Paul is forbidding all speaking in church by women.

New International Version
32 The spirits of prophets are subject to the control of prophets.(A) 33 For God is not a God of disorder(B) but of peace(C)—as in all the congregations(D) of the Lord’s people.(E)
34 Women[a] should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak,(F) but must be in submission,(G) as the law(H) says.
