Disciples’ Literal New Testament
11 Until the present hour indeed we hunger, and thirst, and are naked[a], and are beaten, and live-transiently[b], 12 and labor— working with our own hands. 13 While being reviled[c], we bless; while being persecuted, we endure; while being slandered, we conciliate[d]. We were-made[e] like the sweepings[f] of the world, the scum[g] of all things, up to now.

New International Version
11 To this very hour we go hungry and thirsty, we are in rags, we are brutally treated, we are homeless.(A) 12 We work hard with our own hands.(B) When we are cursed, we bless;(C) when we are persecuted,(D) we endure it; 13 when we are slandered, we answer kindly. We have become the scum of the earth, the garbage(E) of the world—right up to this moment.
