11 Unto this hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwelling place,
12 (A)And labor, working with our own hands: we are reviled, and yet we bless: we are persecuted, and suffer it.
13 (B)We are evil spoken of, and we pray: we are made as the [a]filth of the world, the offscouring of all things, unto this time.

11 To this very hour we go hungry and thirsty, we are in rags, we are brutally treated, we are homeless.(A) 12 We work hard with our own hands.(B) When we are cursed, we bless;(C) when we are persecuted,(D) we endure it; 13 when we are slandered, we answer kindly. We have become the scum of the earth, the garbage(E) of the world—right up to this moment.
