15 Do you not know that (A)your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not! 16 Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For (B)“the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.” 17 (C)But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.

15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ himself?(A) Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never! 16 Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.”[a](B) 17 But whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit.[b](C)
