¹⁹Don’t you know that your body is a sanctuary^(A) of the Holy Spirit^(B) who is in you,^(C) whom you have from God? You are not your own,

1 Corinthians 6:19

New International Version

¹⁹Do you not know that your bodies are temples^(A) of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;^(B)

¹⁶And what agreement does God’s sanctuary have with idols?^(A) For we^[a] are the sanctuary of the living God, as God said:

I will dwell among them^(B)
and walk among them,
and I will be their God,^(C)
and they will be My people.^(D)^[b]

¹⁶What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols?^(A) For we are the temple^(B) of the living God.^(C) As God has said:

“I will live with them
and walk among them,
and I will be their God,
and they will be my people.”^[a]^(D)
