5 (A)I say this to your shame. Is it really this way: there is not one wise man among you who will be able to pass judgment between his (B)brothers? 6 On the contrary, brother is tried with brother, and that before (C)unbelievers!
7 Actually, then, it is already a failure for you, that you have lawsuits with one another. (D)Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded?

7 The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?(E)
