1 Corinthians 6:5-7
New English Translation
5 I say this to your shame! Is there no one among you wise enough to settle disputes between fellow Christians?[a] 6 Instead, does a Christian sue a Christian,[b] and do this before unbelievers? 7 The fact that you have lawsuits among yourselves demonstrates that you have already been defeated. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?

5 I say this to shame you.(A) Is it possible that there is nobody among you wise enough to judge a dispute between believers?(B) 6 But instead, one brother(C) takes another to court—and this in front of unbelievers!(D)
7 The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?(E)
