6 Why should one of you take another to be tried by unbelievers?
7 When one of you takes another to court, all of you lose. It would be better to let yourselves be cheated and robbed. 8 But instead, you cheat and rob other followers.

6 But instead, one brother(A) takes another to court—and this in front of unbelievers!(B)
7 The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?(C) 8 Instead, you yourselves cheat and do wrong, and you do this to your brothers and sisters.(D)
