6 But brother goes to the law against brother, and before unbelievers, at that.
7 Now therefore it is already an utter failure for you that you go to law against one another. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded? 8 But you yourselves do wrong and defraud, and do this to your brothers.

7 The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?(C) 8 Instead, you yourselves cheat and do wrong, and you do this to your brothers and sisters.(D)
