1 Corinthians 8:4-6
Darby Translation
4 —concerning then the eating of things sacrificed to idols, we know that an idol [is] nothing in [the] world, and that there [is] no other God save one.
5 For and if indeed there are [those] called gods, whether in heaven or on earth, (as there are gods many, and lords many,)
6 yet to us [there is] one God, the Father, of whom all things, and *we* for him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom [are] all things, and *we* by him.

4 So then, about eating food sacrificed to idols:(A) We know that “An idol is nothing at all in the world”(B) and that “There is no God but one.”(C) 5 For even if there are so-called gods,(D) whether in heaven or on earth (as indeed there are many “gods” and many “lords”), 6 yet for us there is but one God,(E) the Father,(F) from whom all things came(G) and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord,(H) Jesus Christ, through whom all things came(I) and through whom we live.
