6 (A)Èyí ni ẹni tí ó wá nípa omi àti ẹ̀jẹ̀, Jesu Kristi, kì í ṣe nípa omi nìkan, bí kò ṣe nípa omi àti ẹ̀jẹ̀. Àti pé Ẹ̀mí ni ó sì ń jẹ́rìí, nítorí pé òtítọ́ ni Ẹ̀mí. 7 Nítorí pé àwọn mẹ́ta ni ó ń jẹ́rìí. 8 Ẹ̀mí, omi, àti ẹ̀jẹ̀: àwọn mẹ́tẹ̀ẹ̀ta sì wà ni ìṣọ̀kan.

New International Version
6 This is the one who came by water and blood(A)—Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.(B) 7 For there are three(C) that testify: 8 the[a] Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.
