22 Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ?[a] This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son. 23 No one who denies the Son has the Father; everyone who confesses the Son has the Father also. 24 Let what you heard from the beginning abide in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, then you will abide in the Son and in the Father.

22 Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist—denying the Father and the Son.(A) 23 No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.(B)
24 As for you, see that what you have heard from the beginning(C) remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father.(D)
