The Voice
22 Whatever we may ask, we receive it from Him because we follow His commands and take the path that pleases Him. 23 His command is clear: believe in the name of His Son, Jesus the Anointed, and love one another as He commanded. 24 The one who follows His teaching and walks this path lives in an intimate relationship with God. How do we know that He lives in us? By the gift of His Spirit.

22 and receive from him anything we ask,(A) because we keep his commands(B) and do what pleases him.(C) 23 And this is his command: to believe(D) in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ,(E) and to love one another as he commanded us.(F) 24 The one who keeps God’s commands(G) lives in him,(H) and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.(I)
