⁷For there are three that testify:^[a]^(A)

⁷For there are three^(A) that testify:

⁹If we accept the testimony of men, God’s testimony^(A) is greater, because it is God’s testimony that He has given about His Son.

⁹We accept human testimony,^(A) but God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God,^(B) which he has given about his Son.
