8 [a]the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are [b]in agreement. 9 (A)If we receive the testimony of people, the testimony of God is greater; for the testimony of God is this, that (B)He has testified concerning His Son. 10 The one who believes in the Son of God (C)has the testimony in himself; the one who does not believe God has (D)made Him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning His Son.

New International Version
8 the[a] Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. 9 We accept human testimony,(A) but God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God,(B) which he has given about his Son. 10 Whoever believes in the Son of God accepts this testimony.(C) Whoever does not believe God has made him out to be a liar,(D) because they have not believed the testimony God has given about his Son.
