1 Kings 11:24-26

24 He gathered men to himself and became leader of a marauding band, (A)after David slew them of Zobah; and they went to Damascus and stayed [a]there, and reigned in Damascus. 25 So he was an adversary to Israel all the days of Solomon, along with the evil that Hadad did; and he abhorred Israel and reigned over Aram.
26 Then (B)Jeroboam the son of Nebat, an Ephraimite of Zeredah, Solomon’s servant, whose mother’s name was Zeruah, a widow, (C)also [b]rebelled against the king.

New International Version
24 When David destroyed Zobah’s army, Rezon gathered a band of men around him and became their leader; they went to Damascus,(A) where they settled and took control. 25 Rezon was Israel’s adversary as long as Solomon lived, adding to the trouble caused by Hadad. So Rezon ruled in Aram(B) and was hostile toward Israel.
Jeroboam Rebels Against Solomon
26 Also, Jeroboam son of Nebat rebelled(C) against the king. He was one of Solomon’s officials, an Ephraimite from Zeredah, and his mother was a widow named Zeruah.
