³³ After this event Jeroboam did not return from his evil way, but ^(A)he returned and made priests of the high places from among ^[a]all the people; ^(B)any who delighted to be so, he ordained. So ^[b]they became priests of the high places.

^32 (A)They were also fearing Yahweh and ^[a](B)appointed from among all of themselves priests of the high places, and they were acting for them in the houses of the high places.

^15 (A)And he set up priests of his own for the high places, for the goat demons and for the calves which he had made—

^9 (A)Have you not driven out the priests of Yahweh, the sons of Aaron and the Levites, and made for yourselves priests like the peoples of other lands? Whoever comes ^(B)to ordain himself with a bull from the herd and seven rams, even he may become a priest of what are ^(C)no gods.
