10 Because of all this, I am about to bring disaster on the house of Jeroboam:
I will wipe out all of Jeroboam’s males,[a]
both slave and free,[b] in Israel;
I will sweep away the house of Jeroboam
as one sweeps away dung until it is all gone!(A)

10 “‘Because of this, I am going to bring disaster(A) on the house of Jeroboam. I will cut off from Jeroboam every last male in Israel—slave or free.[a](B) I will burn up the house of Jeroboam as one burns dung, until it is all gone.(C)
