16 ¶ And there was war between Asa and Baasha king of Israel all their days.

17 Then Baasha King of Israel went up against Judah, and built [a]Ramah, so that he would let none go out or in to Asa king of Judah.

18 Then Asa took all the silver and the gold that was left in the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the king’s house, and delivered them into the hands of his servants, and king Asa sent them to (A)Ben-Hadad the son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion king of [b]Aram that dwelt at Damascus, saying,

18 Asa then took all the silver and gold that was left in the treasuries of the Lord’s temple(C) and of his own palace. He entrusted it to his officials and sent(D) them to Ben-Hadad(E) son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion, the king of Aram, who was ruling in Damascus.
