²⁶He did evil^(A) in the eyes of the Lord, following the ways of his father^(B) and committing the same sin his father had caused Israel to commit.

²⁶And he did evil in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the way of his father, and in his sin wherewith he made Israel to sin.

²⁵(There was never^(A) anyone like Ahab, who sold himself to do evil in the eyes of the Lord, urged on by Jezebel his wife.

²⁵But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the Lord, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up.
