1 Kings 19:7-9
International Standard Version
7 Later, the angel of the Lord came a second time, grabbed him, and said “Get up! Eat! The journey ahead[a] is too difficult for you!” 8 So Elijah[b] got up, ate and drank, and survived on that one meal for 40 days and nights as he set out on his journey to Horeb, God’s mountain.

9 Elijah[c] arrived at a cave and stayed there. All of a sudden this message came from the Lord: “What are you doing here, Elijah?”

New International Version
7 The angel of the Lord came back a second time and touched him and said, “Get up and eat, for the journey is too much for you.” 8 So he got up and ate and drank. Strengthened by that food, he traveled forty(A) days and forty nights until he reached Horeb,(B) the mountain of God. 9 There he went into a cave(C) and spent the night.
The Lord Appears to Elijah
And the word of the Lord came to him: “What are you doing here, Elijah?”(D)
