²¹ Then a spirit came forward and stood before the Lord, and said, ‘I will persuade him.’ ²² The Lord said to him, ‘In what way?’ So he said, ‘I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And the Lord said, ^(A)‘You shall persuade him, and also prevail. Go out and do so.’ ^23 (B)Therefore look! The Lord has put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these prophets of yours, and the Lord has declared disaster against you.”

^14 (A)These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will ^(B)overcome them, ^(C)for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; ^(D)and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.”

^19 (A)And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army.

⁸ and will go out ^(A)to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, ^(B)Gog and Magog, ^(C)to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea.
